1. Agreement

By accessing or using Sikorae, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Sikorae is a marketing workspace for content planning, AI-assisted drafting, scheduling, publishing, and analytics across social platforms. Features depend on third-party APIs, your account types, and applicable platform policies.

3. Accounts

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account and provide accurate workspace information.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining access to your Google account.
  • One person or organization may operate multiple workspaces only as permitted by your plan and our fair-use policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or third-party platform terms of service
  • Publish spam, malware, hate speech, or unlawful content
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape without authorization, or abuse APIs
  • Reverse engineer or resell Sikorae except as explicitly allowed
  • Use Sikorae to generate deceptive metrics or impersonate others

5. AI-generated content

Sikorae uses AI to draft and analyze content. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything you publish. Sikorae does not guarantee performance, reach, or engagement of any post.

6. Platform integrations

Publishing and analytics require valid connections to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Each platform imposes its own rules, rate limits, and approval requirements. Sikorae surfaces failures but is not liable for platform rejections, API outages, or policy changes.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant Sikorae a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service (including sending prompts to AI providers and posts to social APIs).

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle data.

9. Disclaimers

SIKORAE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ANALYTICS AND AI PREDICTIONS ARE ESTIMATES BASED ON AVAILABLE DATA — NOT GUARANTEES.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIKORAE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

You may stop using Sikorae at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service. Upon termination, your right to use Sikorae ends; provisions that should survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits) remain in effect.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Updated terms take effect when posted with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may require additional notice where required by law.
