Terms of Service
Last updated: May 24, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) and the operators of Sikorae (“Sikorae”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using Sikorae at sikorae.comor any associated domain, application, or API (collectively, the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are using Sikorae on behalf of an organization (“Workspace”), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to both you and that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not access or use Sikorae.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Sikorae. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have verifiable parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly provide the Service to anyone under 16 and will delete any account we discover belongs to a person under that age.
You may not use the Service if: (a) your use would violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) you have previously been suspended or banned from Sikorae; or (c) you are located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or export restrictions that prevent you from receiving the Service.
3. The Service
Sikorae is a marketing command center designed for marketing professionals and CMOs. It provides tools for:
- Content planning and scheduling: A calendar-based interface for mapping campaigns, scheduling individual posts, managing a recurring queue, and coordinating content across multiple platforms.
- AI-assisted drafting and analysis: Multi-agent AI tools that generate platform-specific content drafts, scripts, captions, hashtags, and content briefs grounded in your brand voice, strategy, and real performance data.
- Multi-platform publishing: Direct publishing of content (feed posts, Reels, Shorts, TikTok videos, LinkedIn articles, carousels, Stories) to connected accounts via official platform APIs.
- Analytics and reporting: Aggregated, real-data performance metrics drawn exclusively from your authorized platform connections, with no synthetic or estimated data presented as real. Includes cross-platform dashboards, audience geo data, and scheduled email reports.
- Competitor and inspiration monitoring: Scrape-based monitoring of publicly visible social profiles you designate, to inform content strategy and benchmarking.
- Asset management: A media library, integrated with Google Drive, for storing and organizing images, videos, and other creative files used in content production.
- Team collaboration: Workspace-level access management, roles, and shared content workflows.
- Monetization tracking: Tools to track sponsorship deals, deliverables, brand contacts, and campaign revenue.
- Media pipeline: Video editing assistance, clip management, and short-form repurposing tools.
- Developer access: API clients and webhooks for programmatic integration (available on eligible plans).
Features are subject to change, expansion, or removal at our discretion. Certain features depend on third-party platform APIs, your account types on those platforms, and applicable platform policies. We do not guarantee that any feature will remain available indefinitely.
4. Account Registration and Security
You must sign in with a valid Google account to create a Sikorae workspace. By connecting your Google account you authorize us to receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google solely for authentication and workspace identification purposes.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and any workspace you administer.
- You must promptly notify us at legal@sikorae.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
- You must maintain the security of your Google account, including enabling two-factor authentication where available.
- You may not share your login credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your workspace. Workspaces support team invitations for multi-user access — use that feature rather than sharing credentials.
- Each workspace corresponds to one brand or organization. Operating multiple workspaces is permitted within the limits of your plan and our fair-use policies.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Sikorae only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use Sikorae to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, including data protection, intellectual property, defamation, and export-control laws.
- Violate the terms of service, developer policies, or community guidelines of any connected platform, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Publish, schedule, or draft content that constitutes spam, phishing, malware, misinformation, hate speech, harassment, discrimination, incitement to violence, child exploitation material, or other unlawful or harmful content.
- Impersonate any person, brand, or organization, or create misleading impressions about your identity or affiliations.
- Generate, distribute, or publish deceptive metrics, fabricated testimonials, manipulated analytics, or false performance data.
- Attempt to circumvent API rate limits, request quotas, or access controls, including those imposed by third-party platforms or by Sikorae.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of Sikorae.
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute access to Sikorae outside of explicitly permitted integrations or plans.
- Conduct unauthorized scraping of platforms in violation of their terms, beyond the publicly-visible competitor monitoring features Sikorae provides.
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, Trojans, or other harmful software into the Service or connected platforms.
- Interfere with the integrity, availability, or security of Sikorae or any underlying infrastructure.
- Use automated means to create accounts, submit content, or interact with the Service in ways not expressly authorized by these Terms.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate your access without notice if we determine a violation has occurred or is likely to occur.
6. AI-Generated Content
Sikorae incorporates AI features powered by large language models and AI infrastructure (including OpenRouter and underlying model providers) to assist with drafting content, generating briefs, analyzing performance, suggesting strategies, and other tasks.
- No guarantee of accuracy:AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or contextually inappropriate. AI models can produce “hallucinations” — plausible but incorrect information. You must review all AI-generated content before using or publishing it.
- You are responsible for published content:You are solely and entirely responsible for the content you publish to any platform. Sikorae's role is to assist, not to approve or authorize. The fact that Sikorae generated a draft does not reduce your responsibility for what is ultimately published.
- No performance guarantees: Sikorae does not guarantee reach, engagement, follower growth, revenue, or any other business outcome resulting from AI-assisted content or recommendations.
- Grounding principle: Our AI features are designed to use your actual workspace data — brand voice, connected platform analytics, competitor intelligence — as context before drafting. We do not present estimated or synthetic analytics as real data. However, the quality of AI output depends on the quality and completeness of data in your workspace.
- Third-party AI providers: Prompts and workspace context you send through AI features are transmitted to our AI infrastructure providers. By using AI features, you consent to this processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Intellectual property: We make no representation that AI-generated content is free from third-party intellectual property claims. You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish does not infringe third-party rights.
7. Platform Integrations and OAuth Connections
Sikorae connects to third-party social media and content platforms — including Instagram (via Meta), TikTok, YouTube (via Google), LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Drive — through OAuth 2.0 authorization flows and official developer APIs.
- Your authorization:When you connect a platform account, you grant Sikorae permission to act on your behalf for the specific scopes you authorize (e.g. publish content, read analytics, access media). You control which permissions you grant and may revoke them at any time from within Sikorae or directly from the platform's account settings.
- Platform rules apply: Each platform imposes its own terms, developer policies, rate limits, content policies, and API approval requirements. You remain bound by those platform terms when using Sikorae. We surface API errors and rejections but are not liable for platform-side refusals, outages, policy changes, or account suspensions on those platforms.
- Token storage: We store your OAuth access and refresh tokens securely in server-side encrypted storage to enable ongoing publishing, scheduling, and analytics sync. Tokens are deleted when you disconnect an integration.
- Scheduled publishing: When you schedule content for auto-publish, Sikorae will attempt to post at the scheduled time using your stored tokens. We are not liable if auto-publishing fails due to expired tokens, revoked permissions, platform outages, network failures, or account-level restrictions.
- Analytics syncing: Analytics data is fetched from platforms on your request or on a scheduled basis and stored in your workspace. Analytics are as accurate as the data the platform APIs return; we do not alter, inflate, or supplement platform data.
- Google Drive: Connecting Google Drive grants Sikorae access to files you select for use as content assets. We do not read or index your entire Drive.
8. Public Profile Monitoring and Competitor Intelligence
Sikorae provides features to monitor publicly visible social media profiles — for your own accounts and for competitor or inspiration accounts you designate. This monitoring is performed by retrieving publicly accessible data (posts, bios, follower counts, visible engagement) from public pages, without requiring the account holder's credentials.
- You may only add profiles for monitoring where that monitoring complies with the terms of service of the relevant platform, with applicable data protection laws, and with these Terms.
- You agree not to use competitor intelligence data to harass, stalk, spam, or otherwise harm account holders.
- Scraped data reflects publicly available information at the time of retrieval. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
- Sikorae makes no representation that scrape-based monitoring complies with the terms of any particular platform. You are responsible for assessing whether your use of this feature is appropriate for your situation.
- We reserve the right to disable monitoring of any profile if we receive a valid legal request, if a platform blocks access, or if we determine that continued monitoring would violate applicable law or platform policy.
9. Your Content
“Your Content” means all content, data, and materials you upload, create, store, or transmit through Sikorae, including but not limited to text, images, videos, brand assets, AI context files, workspace settings, drafts, published posts, and any other information associated with your workspace.
- Ownership: You retain full ownership of and responsibility for Your Content. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights in Your Content to us.
- License to Sikorae: You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, and modify Your Content solely to the extent necessary to operate and improve the Service — including sending prompts and assets to AI providers, transmitting posts to social platform APIs, generating reports, and providing you with the Service features.
- Your representations: You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have all necessary rights and permissions in Your Content; (b) Your Content does not infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; (c) Your Content complies with applicable law and platform policies; and (d) you have all necessary rights and consents to submit personal data included in Your Content.
- No content screening: We do not pre-screen or review Your Content before publication. We are not responsible for any claims arising from content you publish.
10. Team Workspaces and User Roles
Sikorae supports multi-user workspaces through a team invitation system. If you are a workspace administrator:
- You are responsible for the actions of all team members you invite to your workspace and for ensuring they comply with these Terms.
- You control team member access levels and permissions and must remove access promptly when a team member's authorization to access the workspace ends.
- You are responsible for all content created, scheduled, or published by members of your workspace.
Team members access the workspace under the administrator's account and must also agree to these Terms individually. Access may be granted, modified, or revoked by the workspace administrator at any time.
11. Monetization Tracking
Sikorae includes tools to track sponsorship deals, brand partnerships, campaign deliverables, and associated revenue. These tools are organizational aids only:
- We do not facilitate, process, or guarantee any payments between you and any brand, sponsor, or third party.
- Any financial data you enter into the monetization module is your own data stored in your workspace. Sikorae is not a financial services provider.
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable tax, disclosure, and regulatory obligations related to sponsored content and brand partnerships in your jurisdiction.
12. Developer API and Webhooks
Eligible-plan users may access Sikorae's API and configure webhooks. If you use developer features:
- You must treat API keys as confidential credentials and must not embed them in publicly accessible code or repositories.
- Your API usage must comply with all rate limits, fair-use restrictions, and technical guidelines we publish.
- You are responsible for all API activity performed using your credentials, including actions taken by any application or automation you build on top of Sikorae.
- We may suspend or revoke API access if usage is abusive, violates these Terms, or creates undue load on our infrastructure.
13. Third-Party Services
Sikorae integrates with and depends on third-party services, including but not limited to Google (Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Google Drive, YouTube Data API), Meta (Instagram Graph API), TikTok (Login Kit, Content Publishing API), LinkedIn (Marketing Developer Platform), OpenRouter and underlying AI model providers, and Resend (email delivery). These integrations are provided as a convenience:
- Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and acceptable use policies. Your use of Sikorae does not relieve you of your obligations under those third-party terms.
- We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or compliance with law.
- Changes to third-party APIs, policies, or availability may affect Sikorae features without notice. We will endeavor to communicate material service impacts but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of features dependent on third parties.
- Links or references within Sikorae to third-party websites, products, or services do not constitute our endorsement.
14. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Sikorae, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Fees and Billing
Access to certain features of Sikorae may require a paid subscription. If and when paid plans are offered:
- Fees are described on our pricing page and are charged in advance for the applicable subscription period.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material price changes to existing subscribers.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features.
16. Disclaimers and No Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIKORAE AND ITS OPERATORS PROVIDE THE SERVICE “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES; (D) ANALYTICS DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE; OR (E) PUBLISHING TO THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS WILL BE SUCCESSFUL OR TIMELY.
ANALYTICS, AI RECOMMENDATIONS, AND PERFORMANCE PREDICTIONS ARE ESTIMATES OR OUTPUTS BASED ON AVAILABLE DATA — THEY ARE NOT GUARANTEES OF BUSINESS OUTCOMES.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SIKORAE, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SIKORAE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL. IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sikorae and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including platform terms, intellectual property rights, or privacy rights; or (e) any content you publish or schedule through Sikorae.
19. Termination
By you: You may stop using Sikorae at any time. To delete your account and workspace data, contact us at legal@sikorae.com. Deleting your account is irreversible and will permanently remove your workspace data.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) requests by law enforcement or regulatory authorities; (c) extended inactivity; (d) technical or security reasons; or (e) discontinuation of the Service.
Upon termination for any reason: (a) your right to access and use the Service ends immediately; (b) we may delete your workspace data in accordance with our data retention practices (see our Privacy Policy); and (c) provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including Sections 5, 6, 9, 16, 17, 18, 20, and 22 — will continue to apply.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. We will try to resolve any disputes informally first — please contact us at legal@sikorae.com and we will endeavor to address your concern within a reasonable time.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Sikorae agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive relief.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND SIKORAE AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. YOU MAY ONLY BRING INDIVIDUAL CLAIMS AGAINST SIKORAE.
21. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Sikorae regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
- Force majeure: We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, network failures, or third-party platform outages.
- Headings: Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where required by law or deemed appropriate, provide additional notice (such as via email or an in-app notification). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
